Luxe Brand Assets (LBA) is an investor and asset management business operating exclusively in the luxury, hospitality and real estate sectors. We are based in London and work internationally with strategic partners.

LBA is focused on value add investments with the potential to ‘buy, fix or develop, sell or hold’. 

These are predominantly repositioning opportunities typically through either / integration of Refurbishment, Development including change of Use, Operations, Management, Branding and Distribution across hotel or mixed use projects.  Other opportunities include capital restructuring and RE portfolio strategy. 

RE and particularly hospitality have substantial environmental, social and wellness impact, and the partners are committed to integrating and driving sustainability strategies to deliver higher ROIs and value as a whole.
